A Lesson in Hammering

Today I got a lesson in hammering. Our Belizean friends showed me how to hammer. Then, I promptly forgot it all as it took me over five minutes to hammer in a few nails–but boy, did I show those nails who’s boss!

    WOW! It took both hands and that nail still didn’t go in….Now it’s hard for me to brag to other people about you doing the ironman when you can’t hammer in three tiny nails!

    You know…. hammering for 5 minutes is a bit much man…. maybe you should join me for some weight sessions after work. Ironman just isn’t cutting it!
