In August 2007 Nick Beazley and Scott Neely traveled from the northern border of Belize, to the southern border of Belize. The 400 mile trip took them through more than 27 different towns and villages, and through each of the country’s six districts. The purpose of it all was to raise money and awareness for Rivers of the World (ROW) and its work in Belize. It was a success! So, what made this trip unique?
The idea behind the bike ride was to travel the country of Belize in a way that kept Nick and Scott connected to the people. Check out the BLOG and read the updates they made along the way!
A lot of work went into making this trip a success, both physically accomplishing the trip and sharing it with to you, the donor. Thanks to all those who help make this happen!
